2.7.2025 – What did I do first in Tromso? Ask and wait!
I set up everything nicely. Took my things out of the bags and just went to sleep because of an early flight. After I woke up, I just opened the curtains and admired the views. I opened my laptop and connected it to a TV. I started writing, asking questions. For the first few days, I was just asking questions. Questions like?
– Why did you bring me to Tromso? What can you tell me?
– What is the new version of me going to be?
– What should I do in Tromso?
– Should I work out?
– What should I write about?
– When will I find out who I really am?
– Who do you think I will become?
– Why is it so important to let go of the results and just let life FLOW?
– Why am I angry?
– How do I achieve this new version of me?
Those were questions I used, for example, but everyone would have their own. It is best to sit still, close your eyes, and let your mind come up with the question and answer. I was mainly lying on the sofa, closing my eyes, and asking myself some questions, and then, with my eyes closed, I would write down the answer. To be honest, it touches something pure in us or something real, because you let your fingers just flow. Don’t force anything. Sometimes sit for a few minutes. If you have nothing, that’s fine! It means you are processing something. Let it process. There’s time, let it be, enjoy the silence!
So sit down, close your eyes, and write down your question. If you can’t do it on a computer, you can do it on paper. 😊
